The Support Specialist role involves providing assistance and support to shoppers, event coordinators, and creators, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction with products and services. Support Specialists are responsible for maintaining a positive and professional relationship with users, addressing their concerns, and providing relevant and accurate information.  This role is critical to building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The Database Coordinator role involves accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of information into an established database system.  Database Coordinators are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data.  Attention to detail, efficient workflow, high levels of accuracy, and self-discipline are the key components in this role.
