Some of this information you actively tell us (such as your e-mail address, which we use to track your account or communicate with you). Other information we collect based on actions you take while using Seraphim, such as what pages you access and your interactions with our product features (like favorites). We use this information to:

REVIEW POLICY

We are event bloggers, not style review bloggers. Review copies of items should never be solicited, in any manner, by an individual representing Seraphim. If you are contacted by a member of our team for review copies pertaining to Seraphim event coverage, please contact Delicate Passion or Kess Crystal immediately, or e-mail us at contact@seraphimsl.com. If at any time you are contacted by an individual claiming to be a Seraphim team member who is not listed on our team page, please also contact the owners immediately.

PROMOTIONAL COVERAGE

All reasonable attempts are made to publish event coverage within four hours of the event opening time.

Considerations for coverage are based upon the availability of our blogging team as well as the average interest of the Seraphim readers based upon historical statistics of event, genre and participating designers. Please allow a minimum of four to six weeks advance notice when applying for event coverage. For promotion of in-store sales, we strongly recommend a minimum advance notice of seven days. To apply for event coverage, please use the corresponding form found on our Apply for Coverage page by clicking here.

Recurring events must occur more frequently than once every six months. It is not necessary to apply for each round of a recurring event. If an event recurs on a regular schedule and we agree to provide promotional coverage, it is assumed we will provide coverage for each opening of the event. One-time events are those which recur every six months or longer (such as annual events), or are one-time fairs or expositions. If your event goes on hiatus, we will keep coverage for a maximum of 2 missed rounds. If your event is not open on the following round you risk losing coverage with Seraphim.

Events may be declined for a myriad of reasons. Please direct all inquiries of this regard to Delicate Passion or Kess Crystal. If an event is declined, a minimum of six months must pass before an event will be reconsidered for promotional coverage. Any individual that uses aggressive or threatening language, or harasses any member of the Seraphim team, will be permanently banned from promotional opportunities and will have an abuse report submitted to Linden Labs.  To optimize the opportunity for coverage, please review:

Please note:

  • Due to the increased risk associated with Intellectual Property violations, Seraphim does not provide promotional coverage for art-only events.
  • Due to the increased risk associated with fund misappropriation, Seraphim does not provide promotional coverage of charity events benefiting one individual or group of individuals.  Seraphim proudly supports charity events that benefit an established charitable/not-for-profit organization.

MERCHANDISE REPRESENTATION

If an item is not readily available, able to be purchased, and clearly marked in the case of exclusive items, it may not be represented in the gallery.  In the case of a designer not being properly set up at the time of an event opening, Seraphim bloggers will list a designer as MIA in the post introduction, except in special circumstances based upon requests of the event management team.  While we do make every attempt to include all pertinent merchandise in a gallery post, late items will be added as time permits.

All information posted on the Seraphim website must adhere to the Second Life™/Linden Labs Terms of Service. Events and/or items that are in violation of the TOS will not be featured on the site. For more information about the parameters determined by Linden Labs in regards to intellectual property use, click here.

Due to the adult nature of certain events, some content may not be suitable to all readers. Please explore galleries with caution. Seraphim is not responsible for content displayed or sold at specific events. Offensive content may be omitted from event coverage at the discretion of Seraphim’s owners.

PROBLEM RESOLUTION

If you feel that a policy or method that Seraphim and/or its bloggers practice should be reconsidered or changed, please contact Delicate Passion or Kess Crystal, ONLY! Bloggers should not be contacted directly as they are only following Seraphim instructions and policies. We will be more than happy to address any issues or concerns you may have.
